When you place orders, it is understood that you understand and agree to the following:
- Our Products come from small foundries that don’t have any state of the art machinery. Minor, natural imperfections that include rough and sharp edges, wobbling of the round bottomed kadais are the inherent nature of our products.
- Brass products tend to lose their shine over a period of time
- Cotton and home linen products may have slight variations in colour and prints from the picture since they are all hand-stitched and hand block printed
- Cast Iron and Iron products will RUST if they are not maintained properly.
- There is NO Guarantee for Soapstone and Clay products
- The Products are Heavy and weigh 3-4 kilos.
- Payment is by Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer

Shipping & Returns
- The products will be shipped via a local courier service company and we will dispatch your order within 3-5 working days
- IT is extremely difficult to accommodate returns considering the nature of the products and the difficulty in shipping them
- However, if there is a need, we will accept Returns and Exchange WITHIN THREE DAYS OF PURCHASE.
- The full cost of courier which is 31.25 dhs must be borne by the customer for the same.
- The products must be returned UNUSED and in original packaging. The amount will be refunded to your bank account after receiving the product in good condition only.
